Pharmaceutical Settlement. Is your district eligible for recovery?

The Association is alerting member districts to an important pharmaceutical
damage recovery opportunity tied to national litigation against pharmaceutical companies and PBM’s (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) for price-fixing, collusion, and overcharging on prescription medications. This case is now in the settlement phase, and districts may be entitled to compensation.
