SCSD Summer Governance Retreat
Each summer, the SCSD Board of Directors and staff come together for a focused governance retreat to set direction for the school year. This convening provides an opportunity to align priorities, strengthen governance practices and engage in strategic planning that positions the Association to effectively support all 57 small city school districts.
Through collaborative dialogue and forward-thinking leadership, the retreat serves as the official kickoff to the new school year ensuring that SCSD remains responsive, relevant and impactful in advancing the needs of its member districts. Together, we plan with purpose and lead with impact!
